Dr. Carol Atkinson-Palombo from the Department of Geography and Ben Hoen, a colleague from the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (part of the United States Department of Energy) have received the Marc Louargand Best Research Paper Award in 2014 from the American Real Estate Society for their work on the impact of wind turbines on property values in Massachusetts.
