Assistant Professor Debs Ghosh has received an NIH-K01 Mentored Research Scientist Career Development Award for her project ‘Connecting People, Places, and Barriers: The effect of these connections on adherence and retention in care for HIV positive drug users‘.
Similar in nature to a NSF Career award, this is one of the most important grants available for early-career faculty.
This grant will provide five years of support for her research. This is wonderful news!
Congratulations Debs.
