Human Mobility Study Redefines Impact of Food Environments

Dr. Peter ChenProfessor Peter Chen has led a project utilizing nationwide human mobility data to study retail food environments in the U.S. The study employs large-scale GPS tracking data covering over 94 million food store visits to understand how food activities can influence dietary health outcomes.
